Know About Dr. Banaful
I am Dr. Banaful Roy, and I prefer to be called Dr. B. I am beyond thrilled to be working with the youngest medical science students and patients of all ages. I am who I am, and I have always aspired to truly change their lives.
As a young medical student, I recall being quite unhappy in MBBS 1st year class because I could not grasp what was being discussed. I was helped by a committed Human Anatomy teacher who recognized my learning disability and worked to help me. I must thank this incredible teacher who transformed my life for my accomplishments. Because of those experiences, I am who I am today and now work with others. I provide theoretical and practical support to students transitioning to our health education systems here in Bangladesh. I am really proud to be in this position making a difference and I enjoy my job.
I enter this field with clear ideas in mind about the kind of person I want to become as a productive member of your community as a teacher, physician, and public health professional. I am an educator who, above all else, values the creation of a safe space with my kids. I believe that trust is necessary for pupils to open up to learning beyond the boundaries of fundamental prerequisites. The capacity to interact effectively with one's students is one of the abilities I will use in creating the environment indicated before. In addition to sharing curriculum-based educational information, I also listen well and am ready to acknowledge any suggestions put forth by the class as well. I will also adapt well to change and be willing to attempt new techniques to lesson planning and delivery as well as learn from others. The primary objective of my teaching strategies is to motivate students to learn the material while also helping them to acquire the abilities they need to independently investigate the material and come to informed judgments. Through encouraging peer teamwork, being conscious of various learning styles, teaching across subject boundaries, offering individualized solutions, involving students in goal setting when appropriate, and being able to spot and seize teachable moments, I am dedicated to inspiring this critical exploration. Creative lesson planning can encourage all of these methodologies.
In another view I am a dedicated and empathetic general physician with whom 5 years of experience provides extensive treatment care for patients. I am also committed to promoting health and wellness through preventive care, proper diagnosis and effective treatment plans. The patient-centric method is known that I take time to listen and understand the unique anxiety of each patient, encouraging helpful and credible environment. In addition to general practice, I have special interest in managing diabetes, child health and update their knowledge with the latest progress in medical science.
